Position Overview:

Position Overview: Supervise an architectural and structural precast concrete manufacturing facility. Coordinate with Division Manager, Production Supervisor, Engineers, and Quality Control to maintain project timelines.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ability to work closely with Precast Division Manager
  • Managing the completion of general construction labor tasks necessary to manufacture precast concrete panels
  • Manage laborers filling molds, troweling, and removing molds from set product
  • Manage the building of form work from pre-assembled components
  • Read blueprints, shop drawings, and plans
  • Working with other coworkers to make all production areas as efficient as possible
  • Performing work in a timely manner to meet production deadlines
  • Enforce & obey all safety rules to make all duties performed as safe as possible


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or Associates' degree in field related to Precast Manufacturing
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
  • 5+ years of management in a precast concrete manufacturing environment preferred
  • PCI Level III Certified preferred
  • Ability to work well with others, be respectful, and respond to Division Manager instructions
  • Attractive writing, speaking, communication skill set
  • Possess the skills necessary to read shop drawings, plans and blue prints
  • Capable of improving other employee skills, knowledge through


  • Motivated, results oriented, and able to work in a team environment
  • Ability and willingness to work as many hours as necessary to accomplish duties.
  • Microsoft Excel & Word proficiency
